compatible?
Choose your phone to check the requirements. No download or demonstration tag is needed.
I have an iPhone
To set up your SOSCAN, you need:
- an iPhone 8 or later, or an iPhone SE (2nd or 3rd generation);
- iOS 16.4 or later.
Find this information in Settings → General → About. On iPhone, there is no NFC setting to turn on.
I have an Android
In your phone’s settings, search for “NFC.”
Is the option available? Your phone has NFC. Turn it on to use your SOSCAN.
Can’t find the option? Its location varies by phone. Send us your phone’s brand and model so we can help you check.
This guide checks phone requirements; it does not test NFC reading. You will do the first test with your product after it arrives.
After your purchase
The free SOSCAN app is needed to prepare your information and write it to your product.
For someone helping you: their own compatible NFC phone can open your profile without installing SOSCAN, with an Internet connection.
