SOSCAN store terms of sale and use
Last updated: October 26, 2026.
Merchant and prices
The SOSCAN store is operated by 9576-0724 Québec inc. Correspondence address: 4877 Saint-Charles Blvd, Unit #121, Montréal, QC H9H 3E4, Canada. Contact: support@sos-can.ca; phone: +1 438-940-9386.
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless another currency is explicitly indicated. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are presented before payment. Physical products are sold individually unless the product page says otherwise. Purchases do not create a subscription. You can review and correct your cart, contact details and total before confirming.
Orders and availability
An order confirmation is emailed to the address you provide. Sales depend on available stock. If we cannot fulfil an order as agreed, we contact you about an appropriate solution, including a refund when required. We do not substitute an item or increase its price without your agreement.
Using NFC products
Configuration requires the free SOSCAN app and an NFC-compatible phone. With Internet, the profile is read in a compatible phone’s browser; without Internet, it is read in the SOSCAN app. Compatibility depends on the phone and its settings. Changing the profile requires writing the chip again. The product has no battery.
Information written on the chip can be read by anyone holding it. Include only information that you are authorised to share and want to make accessible. A lost chip cannot be deactivated remotely. Store order information is separate from the profile prepared in the app.
SOSCAN does not trigger alerts automatically, track its wearer’s location or replace emergency services or a medical assessment. In an emergency in Canada, call 911. Check reading after configuration and after each update.
Delivery, returns and rights
Our shipping and return policies supplement these terms and are available on the store and at checkout. Nothing excludes a legal warranty or mandatory remedy. Mandatory rules applicable to your purchase take precedence over any conflicting provision. Future changes do not retroactively change the terms of an order already concluded.
